At Upper Ferntree Gully Medical Clinic we practice medicine that is community-based medicine, not corporate-based. So, what does this mean?
- It means Dr Lore Reid and her clinic provide whole-of-life care – from doing baby health checks, to children’s, women’s and men’s health, to caring for the elderly both in the community and in local aged-care facilities.
- It means providing “old-fashioned” house calls when needed.
- It also means that Dr Lore Reid and her clinic get involved in supporting local community groups such as sports clubs and charities.
