Dr Loredana Reid

Dr Lore Reid provides caring and professional GP services at Upper Ferntree Gully Medical Clinic, Glengollan Village Medical Centre, and visits Aged Care Facilities in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
Lore’s medical interests are wide and include family medicine, paediatrics, women’s health, chronic disease management, aged care, and geriatric medicine.

Dr Matt Reid

Matt’s medical interests include skin cancer medicine and surgery which he also practices at Eastern Skin Cancer Clinic, dermatology, sports medicine, general medicine, and men’s health.
Lore and Matt married in 2007 and have two sons together.

Rhinea Ventura

Rhinea joined our clinic in January 2019, and brings with her an extensive range of nursing skills which complement the services we provide to our patients, from pathology collection to wound care and chronic disease management.
Graduating as a Registered Nurse in her homeland of the Philippines in 1993, Rhinea has nursed all over the world, before settling in Melbourne in 2008.
Sharing her time between our clinics and a local residential aged care facility, Rhinea is with us on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Melody Tolentino

Melody has been nursing for almost 15 years in aged care, before joining as one of our nurses in August 2023.
Melody has a broad experience in caring for the elderly and general nursing, and is at the clinic Monday to Friday.

Marea Hinkley

Marea is a long-term resident of the hills and has worked as a Medical Secretary for over 30 years. Marea brings her bubbly personality and genuine interest in people to work with her every day.

Karen Laing

Karen is one of our friendly receptionists and has worked in Aged Care for over 30 years. Karen has lived in the local area all her life, loves Aussie Rules and is an avid Hawthorn fan. Karen also loves cricket in all formats (go Aussies) and her other interests include gardening, walking, card making and scrapbooking.

Romany Barnett

Romany joined our reception team in March, 2026 and brings with her 7 years of medical reception experience. You will find Romany at the reception desk most days of the week, ready to assist our patients with a bright and friendly smile. In her spare time, Romany enjoys reading, football, and all things outdoors.

Jodie Maudsley

Jodie is our newest reception team member, joining us in April, 2026, after many years of running a very successful cake baking business in the local area. Jodie lives locally with her family and will be familiar to many of our patients. With her friendly manner Jodie is a great
addition to our reception team, bringing her sense of humor and welcoming smile to the clinic.

Carolyn Webb

Carolyn rejoined the clinic in March 2026 as our Practice Manager, after previously working with us from 2016 to 2021. Carolyn has been enjoying reconnecting with our patients and staff and getting to know new faces since her return. In her spare time Carolyn loves travelling with her husband in their campervan “Tony”, catching up with family and friends, bushwalking, sewing and reading.
